Tragedy on A27: Pedestrian Fatally Hit Near Walberton
Police are hunting witnesses after a pedestrian was tragically killed in a crash on the A27 Arundel Road near Mill Road, Walberton.
The fatal collision happened just after midnight on Monday, 3 June. A man on foot was struck by a silver Renault Megane heading eastbound.
A27 Shut for Eight Hours as Police Investigate
Officers closed the eastbound A27 between Fontwell and Arundel for around eight hours to probe the scene. The road reopened once the investigation was complete.
Police Appeal for Dash-Cam and Witnesses
Sussex Police are urging anyone who saw the accident or the car and pedestrian nearby around midnight to come forward.
