Girl Assaulted on Way to School in Worcester – Police Hunt Man in Tie-Dye Jumper

At around 8.10am on Monday 20 March, a young girl was attacked while walking to school in Tunnel Hill, Worcester. A man approached and assaulted her, sparking a police investigation.

Police Release CCTV Image of Suspect

Officers have issued a CCTV snapshot of a man they believe can help with their enquiries. He is described as white, tall, about 20 years old, with blackish-brown straight hair. He was seen wearing a standout orange tie-dye jumper with black, grey jogging bottoms, and trainers.

“We’re releasing CCTV images of a man we want to speak to in connection with this incident,” said PC Rebecca Paley. “He may be able to help us, and we urge him or anyone who recognises him to come forward as soon as possible.”

“We know the image is from behind, but the orange tie-dye top is very distinctive. We’re keen to hear from anyone who was nearby or who might have seen him at the time.”
