Police Plea for Witnesses

“If you were near the footpath running from Anton Lake along the railway line behind B&M Home Store and Halfords up to the crossing near Pets at Home around the time of incident, we want to hear from you.”

“Maybe you saw someone matching the man’s description or recognise that distinctive bright scarf? If you were driving around then and have dash-cam footage, you might have captured something crucial.”

“We know incidents like this shake local communities, especially parents. Our neighbourhood officers are stepping up patrols and are ready to talk if you have concerns.”
