Security staff at West Quay shopping centre sprang into action on Sunday, 23 April, after spotting a man inappropriately touching himself while sitting beside two young girls.
The creepy episode unfolded between 2.30pm and 3pm on the centre’s second level, leaving witnesses horrified.
Police Hunting ‘Middle Eastern’ Suspect
Officers describe the man as around 5ft 5ins tall, possibly of Middle Eastern appearance, with short dark hair. At the time, he wore a blue jumper with beige panels and dark blue jeans.
