Shocking Road Rage as Car and Moped Clash on Busy Hampshire Road
Crash Sparks Heated Exchange
A Peugeot moped and a dark Vauxhall saloon smashed into each other on the B2149 Petersfield Road near the Wakefords Way junction between 12.45pm and 1pm on Monday, 23 November.
The driver of the Vauxhall jumped out and shouted at the 20-year-old moped rider before speeding off towards Rowlands Castle.
Moped Rider Left Injured
The young rider suffered a fractured ankle and was rushed to hospital for treatment.
Police Hunt Vauxhall Driver and Passenger
- Driver: White male, 40-45 years old, skinny, around 5ft 7in, dark greying short hair, tattoos on arms and chest.
- Passenger: White male, mid 20s, skinny build, dirty blonde long hair, wearing glasses.
Both men briefly left the vehicle during the incident. Police are eager to hear from anyone who witnessed the crash or spotted the vehicles before or after the collision.
