Driver Flees Scene Leaving Boy Injured

The 12-year-old suffered a fractured collarbone and bruises to his face and right side. The driver sped off without stopping to check on him, leaving the family devastated.

Frustrated Mum Slams Police Inaction

Despite reporting the incident straight away, Naomi says police have yet to contact her or update her on any investigation. “I feel completely let down,” she said. “The driver didn’t even bother to see if my son was okay.”

The injured boy was rushed to hospital for treatment and is now recovering. Naomi is urging anyone with information to come forward and help catch the hit-and-run culprit.
