Tragedy in Milton Keynes: Missing Pensioner Found Dead

Sad news tonight as police searching for missing 71-year-old pensioner Susan McGarragh have found her body in Milton Keynes. Susan disappeared yesterday (18/5) after last being seen at her home in Crow Lane, Wavendon.

Search Teams Scour Area Until Grim Discovery

Officers and volunteer search teams worked tirelessly to find her. This afternoon (19/5), a woman’s body was discovered near Cranfield Road. Although formal identification is pending, police believe it to be Susan.

Force CID Officer Speaks on Tragic Outcome

“Officers have been carrying out extensive searches to try and find Susan,” said Detective Inspector Joanne Hutchings of Milton Keynes CID. “Sadly, a woman’s body has now been found. Her next of kin have been informed and are being supported. I want to thank everyone who helped us during this investigation. It is with great sadness I share this tragic news.”

The death is being treated as unexplained but not suspicious. Further updates will follow as the investigation continues.
