Man Caught on Camera Hugging and Kissing Stranger on Neck in Creepy Incident
On Sunday 14 February, just before 7.25pm, a man shocked a woman by suddenly hugging her forcefully and kissing her neck — without warning or consent.
Victim Unharmed, Police Hunt Suspect
The woman was not physically hurt, but the incident has left police scrambling for answers. Officers have released an e-fit and want the public’s help to identify this brazen stranger.
