Masked Thief Targets Cowes Hotel Safe

Police are on the lookout for a man caught on camera breaking into the Fountain Hotel in Cowes. The burglary occurred in the early hours of March 20, between 3.45am and 4.30am. The suspect smashed into an office, making off with a safe and a large sum of cash.

Suspect Spotted Hauling Stolen Safe

The man was seen wearing a hooded top and gloves. He carried what police believe to be the safe in a backpack, walking to and from Terminus Road. Authorities have released an image of the suspect and the stolen safe, hoping for a breakthrough.

Officers urge anyone who recognises the man or spots the safe to come forward immediately. They warn the public not to touch or move the safe if found.
