Five Men Arrested After Southampton Murder
Five men have been arrested following the fatal stabbing of a 19-year-old in Southampton. The victim suffered a chest wound and was pronounced dead after being rushed to hospital.
Police Launch Murder Probe
The brutal attack happened at 12:21pm on Langhorn Road on 24 July. Hampshire detectives swiftly moved in, arresting suspects aged between 20 and 46 from Bursledon, Hamble, Eastleigh, and Lambeth.

All five remain in police custody as investigations continue.
Scene and Ongoing Inquiries
Police have sealed off Langhorn Road and are patrolling to reassure locals. Further searches are underway at addresses in Le Marechal Avenue, Southampton, and Westfield Road, Hamble.
Detective Chief Inspector Danielle Daltrey said: “My deepest condolences go out to the family of the deceased. We take all serious violence in Southampton extremely seriously. Our investigation is ongoing, but we do not believe there is any wider risk to the public.”

Officers are urging anyone who saw the incident or spotted suspicious behaviour to come forward. They are especially keen to see any dashcam, CCTV, ring doorbell, or mobile phone footage.
