Knife-Point Robbery Shakes Brighton, Two Held

Brighton police swooped yesterday after a brazen knife-point robbery in Norwich Crescent. Just before 3.30pm on Wednesday, officers raced to the scene where a man was threatened and his wallet snatched – thankfully, he wasn’t harmed.

Armed Officers Make Quick Arrests

Armed police launched a wide search in the area, rounding up two suspects at a retail park on Newton Road, Hove. A 22-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman, both from Brighton, were detained on suspicion of robbery and remain in custody as the probe continues.
