Shock Incidents Unfold in Sheffield
- Feb 25, 3:00 AM – Londis Store, St Mary’s Road: A man entered the store asking for two bottles of vodka. Police are linking this to recent robberies but have not confirmed whether he brandished a weapon.
- Feb 28, 7:40 AM – Thorougoods Convenience, City Road: A suspect stole multiple items before threatening a shop assistant with a knife and fleeing the scene.
Police Issue Urgent Appeal
South Yorkshire Police urge locals to stay alert and report any information. A force spokesperson said:
“These incidents are deeply concerning, and we are working to identify the suspect as quickly as possible. We would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time or has CCTV, dashcam, or mobile phone footage that may assist our investigation.”
