Police Hunt Two Men Over Cigarette Theft in Folkestone

Police have released CCTV images of two men they want to identify following a cigarette theft at a Folkestone shop. The break-in happened between 12:30am and 1pm on Saturday, 18 January 2020, at the Co-operative store on Cheriton Road.

Burglars Break Into Locked Cabinets

Thieves forced open locked cabinets and made off with multiple packs of cigarettes and pouches of tobacco. Officers believe the men captured on CCTV could hold key information about the burglary.

Police Appeal for Witnesses

Detectives urge anyone who recognises the two men, spotted suspicious activity near the store, or has been offered tobacco or cigarettes for sale to get in touch immediately.
