Raging Woman Attacks Rail Staff at Moorfields Station

Police have released a CCTV image of a woman wanted in connection with an assault on a Merseyrail worker at Liverpool’s Moorfields station. The shocking attack happened around 9pm on Saturday, 26 August.

Staff Refused Entry, Passenger Flies Into Furious Rage

The victim, a member of rail staff, refused a woman entry through the ticket barrier, judging her unfit to travel. Furious and aggressive, she grabbed the worker’s Body Worn Video camera and hurled it across the concourse.

The crazed passenger didn’t stop there. She slapped the staff member across the head, sparking the assault investigation.
