Brutal Pub Brawl: Northumbria Police Hunt Suspect After Man’s Jaw Broken

Northumbria Police are on the lookout for a man connected to a nasty, unprovoked assault at the Whickham House Pub in Gateshead.

Unprovoked Punch Sparks Serious Injury

The attack went down on Saturday, August 24, around 10.30pm. A man at the pub suddenly punched another bloke in the face without warning. The victim suffered a broken jaw and had to be rushed to hospital.

Thankfully, the victim has now been discharged and is recovering at home.

Police Release Image of Key Witness

Detectives have put out an image of a man they believe holds vital info about the attack. He was spotted near the Whickham House Pub when the assault happened.
