Knife-Wielding Duo Rob Brighton Sainsbury’s at Knifepoint
Chaos hit Brighton’s Sainsbury’s on Carden Avenue at 9:30pm on Saturday, 7 November, when two men wearing motorcycle helmets stormed in and demanded cash from the tills.
Swift Getaway After Scare
One of the culprits was armed with a knife. They made off with a small amount of cash, heading back towards Carden Crescent – the same way they came.
Staff Left Shaken but Safe
A staff member was left seriously shaken but managed to escape unharmed. Police are now hunting these helmet-clad robbers and urging anyone with information to step forward.
