Top Tips to Stop Your Scooter Being Targeted
- Lock, chain, and cover your bike to put thieves off.
- Park in secure spots – garages or locked back gardens are best.
- If public parking is unavoidable, choose well-lit, CCTV-covered areas where your scooter is visible.
- Mark your bike’s parts to make it harder for criminals to sell stolen gear and easier to prove ownership.
Stay sharp, Thanet riders – don’t let crooks get away with your ride!
