Teen Stabbed in Bitterne Park Horror
A 17-year-old boy was viciously attacked and stabbed three times in the leg in Riverside Park, Bitterne. The alarming incident happened between 9.30pm and 10pm on Friday, 26 July.
The teen was approached by a group, which sparked an altercation ending with him suffering multiple stab wounds. He was rushed to southampton/" title="Southampton" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Southampton General Hospital and is now in a stable condition.
Police Hunt Attackers
Detective Constable Michael Higgins said: “We’re appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident, or anyone who has any information about what happened, to get in touch with us.”
He added: “We’d also like to hear from locals with CCTV or drivers with dash-cams who might have caught something on camera.”
