Teen Girl Injured in Horror Crash on A259 at Telscombe Cliffs
Police are hunting witnesses after a 17-year-old girl on a motorcycle was seriously hurt in a crash on the A259 at Telscombe Cliffs.
The smash happened at about 4.20pm on Monday, 13 May, at the junction with Broomfield Avenue. A grey Hyundai car collided with the Yamaha bike she was riding.
The teenager was rushed to hospital with injuries. Luckily, the Hyundai driver walked away unscathed.
Police Launch Full Investigation, Seek Witnesses
Sussex Police have launched a full probe and are appealing for anyone who saw the collision or has dashcam footage to come forward.
“We are particularly keen to speak with anyone who saw the incident or has relevant footage that could assist our enquiries,” a police spokesperson said.
They stressed that CCTV and dashcam videos could be crucial in piecing together exactly what happened.
