Young Man Murdered in Early Morning Stabbing in Hounslow
Kai Davis, 22, from Hounslow, has been tragically named as the victim stabbed to death in Clarence Street.
Stabbed in the Chest at Dawn
Police were called to a disturbance at 3.45am on Saturday, 21 August. Officers found Kai suffering from a fatal stab wound to his chest. Paramedics rushed him to hospital, but he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
His family have been formally notified and are receiving specialist support during this heartbreaking time.
Murder Investigation Underway
A post-mortem confirmed the cause of death as a stab wound. The Met’s Specialist Crime Command launched a murder probe immediately.
Two men have been arrested: an 18-year-old released with no further action, and a 19-year-old currently on bail pending further inquiries.
“A dedicated team of detectives is working on this investigation. These arrests have marked significant progress and we remain committed to bringing justice to Kai’s family,” said DCI Kate Kieran. “There were a large number of people present when this happened, and I urge those people to come forward. You may be able to help us significantly.”
