Heartbroken Mum’s Emotional Tribute
Kyle’s mother paid a gut-wrenching tribute to her son today. She described him as “a beloved, sweet, gentle son, who wouldn’t even hurt a fly.” She added, “Every second without him is pure torture. Our hearts have been shattered into a million pieces.”
She spoke proudly of Kyle’s talents: “He was such a dedicated basketball player and a keen enthusiast.” Parents often told her how polite and cheerful Kyle was, proving what an incredible job she had done raising him.
“My baby, we were blessed to have had such fantastic 17 years with you,” she said. “We are struggling to go on without you. A parent should never have to bury their child — no child deserves this.”

Teen Stabbed to Death in Shocking Incident
Police were called to the Greenhill Road junction with Copped Hall Drive at 10.50pm following reports of a teenage stabbing. Kyle was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after officers arrived.
Surrey and Sussex’s Major Crime Team has launched a murder investigation. A 17-year-old boy arrested on suspicion of murder remains in custody.
