A 12-year-old boy’s life was cruelly cut short in a hit-and-run on Radford Road, Coventry. Keaton Slater was struck by a car just after 4:30pm on Friday and was pronounced dead at the scene despite urgent medical attempts to save him.

Police Recover Abandoned BMW and Continue Hunt for Driver
Police found an abandoned black BMW in New Arley, believed to be linked to the crash. The car is now under forensic investigation. One person has voluntarily handed themselves in and been questioned but was released under investigation. The police are still searching for the driver and any passengers involved.
