Tragic Crash on Isle of Wight Claims Life of 30-Year-Old Steven Thurman
Tributes have poured in for Steven Harry Thurman, 30, after he died in a single-vehicle crash on the Isle of Wight late Friday.
Deadly Collision on A3055 Military Road
The incident happened between 10.45pm and 11pm as Steven drove a Daewoo Tacuma along the A3055 Military Road near Chale. Steven, from Freshwater, sadly lost his life in the collision.
Family Left Heartbroken
Steven’s family have expressed their grief. His mum, Linda Thurman, said: “The loss of our son Stevie has left the whole family devastated. We are heartbroken knowing that we will never see him again and that he will now miss out on seeing his four-year-old son, Harry, grow up.”
His dad, also named Steven, added: “Stevie had such a big heart and our hearts will 1 you and remember you always.”
Other Passengers Injured
A 33-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman who were also in the vehicle sustained minor injuries. Both were taken to St Mary’s Hospital for treatment.
