Mystery White Powder in Liverpool Park Kills Dogs
Merseyside Police have launched a full-blown investigation after a deadly white substance was found near Childwall Valley Road, Liverpool. Several dogs fell ill after exposure, with two sadly dying and others fighting for their lives.
Dogs Sickened, Owners Alarmed
Veterinary surgeons raised the alarm after multiple dogs showed severe symptoms linked to the unknown substance. “Two dogs have tragically lost their lives,” officials confirmed. One pooch remains in critical condition while a fourth is being treated.
Police Crackdown Underway
Chief Superintendent Jonathan Davies is leading an urgent inquiry involving CCTV reviews, doorstep interviews, and witness questioning. The contaminated area has been sealed off, and locals are warned to avoid the park for now.
“While the incident is obviously of concern, I want the public to be reassured that the matter is being dealt with and is under control,” said Davies.
