Teenager Ramani Morgan Fatally Stabbed in Coventry – Two Arrested
West Midlands Police have named 16-year-old Ramani Morgan as the victim in a tragic stabbing in Coventry. The young Birmingham lad was found collapsed with stab wounds on Clay Lane late Saturday night (29 February) and sadly died in hospital despite emergency treatment.
Two Teens Arrested Over Deadly Attack
Police arrested two 17-year-old boys on suspicion of murder. Officers believe the suspects were at a party on Chandos Street nearby before the fatal stabbing. Forensic teams are combing the scene as inquiries continue into the shocking killing.
Detective Pleads For Witnesses to Come Forward
“This is simply tragic. My thoughts remain with Ramani’s family and friends at this heart-breaking time,” said Detective Inspector Michelle Allen. “They are being supported by our specially trained family liaison officers. I’m urging anyone who was at the party or has information about last night to get in touch immediately.”
The detective also appealed for dash-cam footage from anyone driving through the area around 10:30pm on Saturday.
