Red Vauxhall Hits Woman in Shocking Canterbury Incident
Shocking footage has emerged following a late-night altercation in Liptraps Lane, Canterbury, on Friday 16 October 2020 at around 11.30pm.
Row Between Drivers Ends with Hit-and-Run
Police say two cars were involved in a heated dispute. During the incident, the driver of a red Vauxhall Insignia smashed into a woman standing by the other vehicle.
Reports also indicate the same Vauxhall collided with a bus amid the chaos.
Victim Hospitalised; Driver Sought
The woman, in her 40s, suffered leg injuries and was rushed to hospital for treatment.
Detective Inspector Natalie Potter from Maidstone CID urged witnesses to come forward:
“We are trying to trace the driver of the red Vauxhall Insignia who hit the woman. If you saw anything or have dashcam footage between 11pm and midnight, please get in touch.”
