Tragic Crash on Yelsted Road Claims Young Woman’s Life
A woman in her 20s died after her silver Kia Sorento crashed on Yelsted Road near the junction with Yelsted Lane at 1:20pm on Friday, 20 May 2022.
The car, heading towards Sittingbourne, left the road and smashed into an embankment. A child passenger was injured and rushed to hospital.
Police Hunt Witnesses and Dashcam Footage
Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit is leading the probe. They want anyone who saw the crash or has dashcam or CCTV footage of the vehicle moments before the incident to come forward.
