Armed Police called to Man with a gun in uk/where/morden/">Morden
Police were called at 12:45pm on Wednesday, 20 November to reports of a man believed to be in possession of a firearm in the Morden Hall Park area. Officers, including firearms officers, attended.
A man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of a firearms offence and assault
He has been taken to a south London police station where he remains in custody. A firearm was recovered at the scene and will be forensically examined. Enquiries continue.
