Stabbing in Plumstead sees Person airlifted

Double stabbing in Plumstead this evening( Thursday). It is understood-two people have been stabbed. The incident took place at or near Villas Road around 6:30pm. A Police cordoned remains in place off the road near to the South East College complex in Plumstead Road. The London HEMS Air ambulance has also attended the incident and landed nearby one of the teenagers was police escorted to the helicopter location before being airlifted. An investigation has been launched. UPDATE:Two 17-year-olds were stabbed near Plumstead Station about 6:20pm this afternoon. One was located at scene. The other was taken by car to a road near Frank’s Park in Belvedere. One victim is critically ill. Two males (18 and about 20) have been arrested.
