A heartbreaking blaze ripped through a static caravan at Sealand’s holiday park in Ingoldmells, near Skegness, on Monday night, killing Louisiana-Brook, a young girl. Her three siblings, all under 11, and their mum, Natasha Broadley from Newark, escaped the horror.

Cause of Fire Still Unclear

Lincolnshire Police are treating Louisiana-Brook’s death as unexplained. The investigation into the fire, which broke out around 10:30pm, is expected to take “some time.” The family had been enjoying a holiday at the coastal site when tragedy struck.

Tributes have flooded in for Louisiana-Brook on a GoFundMe page set up by a friend, raising over £12,000 to support the bereaved family. The local community has rallied around in the wake of the tragedy.

Emergency Response and Appeal for Witnesses

  • About 50 nearby residents were evacuated and moved to emergency accommodation provided by the site owner, Laver Leisure.
  • Police are urging anyone with information or footage of the fire to come forward.
