Eastbound drivers: Leave the A303 at Horton Cross. Follow the solid circle diversion symbol south on the A358 to Chard, then east on the A30 to Crewkerne. From there, take the A386 north to rejoin the A303 at South Petherton.
Westbound drivers: Exit the A303 at South Petherton and follow the solid diamond diversion symbol south on the A386 to Crewkerne. Then head west on the A30 to Chard, before going north on the A358 to get back on the A303 at Horton Cross.
