- Continue east to Junction 7, exit the M3, and take the fourth exit at the roundabout to head southbound on the M3.
- Keep in the nearside lanes and leave the M3 westbound at Junction 8.
- Join the A303 westbound for about 6 miles to Bullington Cross junction with the A34.
- Turn right, pass under the A34 and A303, then take the first exit at the next roundabout to rejoin the A34 northbound.
Non-motorway traffic is advised to use the A33 and A303 routes.
