Crash Chaos Near Better Gym on Broadway Sparks Emergency Rush
Friday night took a grim turn just after 5.30pm on July 18 as a serious collision shook Broadway, Bexleyheath, right by Better Gym. Emergency services scrambled to the scene after reports of a pedestrian being hit.
One Injured in Collision Rushed to Hospital
Metropolitan Police officers and London Ambulance crews sped to the location, treating one injured person before whisking them off to hospital as a priority. The victim’s current condition remains unknown.
Road Closures Cause Delays — Now Cleared
Emergency responders quickly set up road closures and cordons on Broadway, causing local traffic chaos. Fortunately, all roadblocks have now been lifted, and traffic is flowing normally again.
London Ambulance Service Confirms Response
“We were called at 5.23pm on Friday 18 July to reports of a road traffic collision on Broadway, Bexleyheath. We sent resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew. We treated a patient and took them to hospital as a priority.”
