How to Spot the Scam
- If you get an email or letter supposedly from your bank and it looks suspicious, don’t panic.
- Never ring the phone number provided in the email or letter – it’s a trap.
Stay Safe – Call Your Bank Direct
Always use the number on the back of your debit card to speak straight to your bank. That way, you know it’s legit and you won’t fall for a scam.
Remember: Your bank will never ask for personal info via email. Stay alert and stay safe!
