Knife Threat Sparks Police Hunt After Military Road Shop Abuse
Kent Police are on the case following a string of abusive attacks at a Military Road shop. One shocking incident saw a victim threatened with a sharp weapon. The terrifying events happened between July 5 and July 25, 2025, leaving shop staff shaken.
Staff Targeted with Abuse and Intimidation
On three separate occasions, shop workers faced vile verbal abuse and aggressive intimidation. The situation escalated when a suspect allegedly waved a sharp object, forcing police to launch a full investigation.
Police Release CCTV Image Seeking Public’s Help
Officers have combed through nearby CCTV footage and released a photo of a woman who might hold the key to cracking the case. Police are urging anyone recognising her to step forward.
A Kent Police spokesperson said: “This was a disturbing series of events that left staff feeling unsafe in their workplace. We are appealing to anyone who recognises the individual in the image or who may have information to contact us.”
