Llanrwst Bowling Club gets a security boost with £250 PACT fund grant! Thanks to Local Community Support Officer Michelle’s quick thinking, CCTV cameras will soon be installed to tackle rising antisocial behaviour (ASB) around the club.

£250 PACT Fund Fuels New CCTV Installation

Michelle’s successful bid secured £250 from the Police and Community Trust (PACT) to fund CCTV at Llanrwst Bowling Club. The cash injection aims to crack down on nuisance activity and make the area safer for players and locals alike.

North Wales Police Praise Efforts

The North Wales Police Llanrwst Community Team applauded Michelle’s hard work. A spokesperson said:

“Thanks to CSO Michelle’s hard work and the successful PACT funding application, Llanrwst Bowling Club will now benefit from enhanced security measures. The installation of CCTV will act as both a deterrent and a means of identifying individuals involved in antisocial behaviour.”

Hope for Safer, Welcoming Community Space

Club members and residents have welcomed the initiative, hopeful that CCTV will restore peace and create a safer environment. Work on setting up the cameras is due to begin in the coming weeks, bringing much-needed relief after concerns about antisocial behaviour in the area.
