By 9am on May 10, the UK has carried out a massive 1,821,280 Covid tests. On May 9 alone, 92,837 people were put through the wringer.
More Than 1.3 Million People Tested
Of those tested, 1,334,770 are UK residents. From this group, 219,183 have come back positive for the virus.
Tragic Death Toll Tops 31,800
As of 5pm on May 9, sadly, 31,855 people who tested positive have died across all settings.
