Prime Hydration Craze Sparks Queue Chaos and Fake Bottles

Fans have been lining up bright and early at Asda, Aldi, and Costco to snag the latest stock of Prime Hydration, the viral drink from YouTube stars KSI and Logan Paul. The thirst for this trendy fizzy is insane — but some scammers are cashing in big time.

Fake Prime Drinks Flood Market at Sky-High Prices

As demand skyrockets, dodgy sellers have started hawking counterfeit bottles and charging ridiculous prices. Ubuy.com experts warn shoppers to watch their wallets and spot the fakes before it’s too late.

“Like any high-demand product, the black market quickly churns out copies to make a quick buck at the consumer’s expense,” said Helen Whaldon, Ubuy.com’s international buying manager.

Counterfeit bottles are popping up in corner shops, on eBay, and all over the internet.

How to Spot a Fake Prime Bottle

  • Official bottles have five ridged patterns on the bottle; fakes only have three.
  • Counterfeit bottles list capacity as 472ml, genuine ones say 473ml.

One tiny detail could cost you a fortune – so double-check before you buy.

Struggling to Find Prime? There’s an App for That

Prime keeps selling out fast. Lucky for thirsty Brits, there’s now a stock checker app showing where the drink is available across the UK. It costs just 89p to download, but the Prime Tracker UK Twitter account regularly posts free download codes.

What’s All the Fuss About Prime Hydration?

Launched in January 2022, Prime Hydration boasts a tasty lineup including Lemon Lime, Tropical Punch, Ice Pop, and Blue Raspberry. It packs 10% coconut water and 825mg of electrolytes to keep you refreshed.

“We created PRIME to showcase what happens when rivals come together as brothers and business partners to fill the void where great taste meets function,” KSI and Logan Paul announced on their site.

Since their launch, they’ve been working round the clock to hit new markets and improve the brand.

“We’ve been humbled by the process of creating a real brand & surpassing some of the biggest beverage companies in the world. As underdogs, we appreciate the chance to show what’s possible,” the pair added. “We truly believe the sky is the limit now that we’re fighting for the same team.”
