Blazing Hay Bales Catch Fire at Isle of Wight Farm
Firefighters from the Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service rushed to a farm in East Cowes this evening (Sunday) after a blaze broke out just after 5.30pm.
Second Callout to Same Farm
Padmore Farm on Folly Lane has suffered its second fire incident tonight. Crews from across the island mobilised quickly, including units from Newport and two water carriers from Ventnor and Freshwater.
30 Hay Bales Engulfed in Flames
Firefighters are currently battling a fierce fire involving 30 large hay bales ablaze at the scene. Efforts are underway to bring the flames under control.
