Fire Truck Blocked by Bad Parking in Petworth
A Petworth fire engine was left stuck on High Street yesterday evening (12th December) after a Mercedes illegally parked on double yellow lines blocked the corner of Middle Street. The parked car made it impossible for the fire appliance to get through.
Luckily, the call turned out to be a false alarm, so no emergency intervention was needed.
