Shock ripples through the community after 16-year-old Tyrese Johnson drowned at Lodge Farm Reservoir on Tuesday evening. West Midlands Police confirmed the heart-breaking incident happened around 6 PM. Tyrese, who had just finished his school year, got into trouble in the water.
Rescue Efforts Fail to Save Tyrese
Despite immediate attempts to rescue him, Tyrese couldn’t be saved. His body was recovered the next day by police divers. Friends and family are devastated. They describe Tyrese as a “kind, loving young man with a heart full of gold” and call him “simply irreplaceable.”
