Man Spooks Woman with Creepy Harassment on Victoria Line Tube
London’s Victoria line was the scene of a chilling sexual harassment incident on April 5. A man reportedly followed a woman onto the train at 7pm and subjected her to 25 minutes of disturbing behaviour. The British Transport Police (BTP) are now investigating the case.
Sleepy Stranger Gets Too Close for Comfort
The victim says the man sat right next to her and pretended to fall asleep on her shoulder—multiple times. When she confronted him, the harassment didn’t stop. He only got off at Blackhorse Road but then started staring and beckoning her to join him outside, adding to her alarm.
Good Samaritan Steps In
Thankfully, another woman on the train noticed what was happening and stayed with the victim, offering support throughout the journey. She also warned the victim of the man’s actions in case she planned to exit at the same stop.
Police Launch Full Probe – Public Help Needed
The BTP has vowed to stamp out such vile conduct and is calling on anyone with information to come forward. “We are committed to keeping all passengers safe and secure,” a spokesperson said.
