Fire Engines Rush to Blaze as Smoke Billows from Building’s Ground Floor
Two fire engines arrived swift as smoke poured from the ground floor of a building. Firefighters tackled the flames using hose reel jets, a covering jet, and water from a nearby hydrant.
After putting out the fire, crews cleared the site with a high-pressure fan to remove lingering smoke. The cause of the fire is still unknown.
KFRS Volunteers Join the Effort
The Kent Fire and Rescue Service’s Volunteer Response team was also on hand to support the operation, helping bring the blaze under control quickly and safely.
