Nestlé Recalls KITKAT Bites Over Nut Allergy Risk

Nestlé UK has issued an urgent recall of a specific batch of KITKAT Original Milk Chocolate Bites Pouch Bags. The reason? Some packs may have been mistakenly filled with the Peanut Butter variant, posing a serious risk to anyone with nut or peanut allergies.

What’s the Danger?

Even though these pouches are labelled with a “may contain peanuts and nuts” warning, there is still a chance allergic consumers could unknowingly eat the wrong product. Nestlé stresses this is a precautionary move as the product is otherwise safe for general consumption.

Which KITKAT Bites Are Affected?

  • 104g KITKAT Bites Pouch Bag
  • Line code: 12311184
  • Batch code: 70720457V2

No other KITKAT products are involved in this recall.
