Kraft Heinz Hits Pause on Beloved Tesco Staples!

Kraft Heinz has slammed the brakes on supplying some fan-favourites at Tesco, including iconic Heinz baked beans, ketchup, and salad cream.

Supermarket Shields Shoppers from Price Hikes

In a bold move, Tesco is standing firm against passing on “unjustifiable price increases” to its customers amid growing household budget pressures.

A Tesco spokesperson said, “With household budgets under increasing pressure, we have a responsibility now more than ever to ensure customers get the best possible value, and we will not pass on unjustifiable price increases to our customers.”

Shoppers Told to Switch to Alternatives

While Heinz products take a back seat, Tesco urges shoppers to stock up on Branston Baked Beans or their own-brand options instead.

They added, “We’re sorry that some products aren’t currently available, but there are plenty of alternatives to choose from, and we hope to have this issue resolved soon.”
