Kent Police have kicked off a fresh search for missing 14-year-old Alfie Caney. New photos have been released as officers suspect Alfie has been on the move via the rail network since he disappeared on Tuesday, 23 September 2025.

Investigators reveal Alfie might have travelled through Sittingbourne, Dartford, Gravesend, Stone Crossing, and Lewisham by train. The last confirmed sighting was at Kemsley station on Tuesday, 30 September — but he could have slipped away from there.
