Shawn Mears, 32, vanished from Goldcroft Avenue on the morning of Sunday, 27 February 2022. He last contacted family around 1.40pm that day via a messaging app.

- Short brown hair
- Wearing a black baseball cap
- Long green coat with a fur-trimmed hood
Police Concern and Plea
“We know Shawn has been upset and we are very concerned for him,” said Chief Inspector Matt Baxter of Dorset Police. “I urge anyone who has seen Shawn or a man fitting this description to contact Dorset Police immediately. I am also making a direct plea to Shawn: please get in touch with us or your family. We just want to make sure you’re safe.”
