Simon Joslin was last spotted near St Marie’s Catholic Church on Oak Street, Rugby, at 7:29am on Wednesday, 25 May. He’s also been seen around Rugby train station.
Who Is Joslin?
- White male, 6ft 1ins tall, slim build
- Known to use multiple aliases
- Previously targeted young women and girls
- Considered a significant risk to the public
