Horsebox Blaze in Birchington Sparks Suspicious Fire Probe

Kent Police are hunting for clues after a horsebox went up in flames in Birchington in the early hours of Tuesday.

Fire Erupts Before Dawn

At around 3.20am on 15 November, officers were alerted to a horsebox ablaze on a site in St Margaret’s Road. The fire quickly spread to nearby trailers and trees before Kent Fire and Rescue Service doused the flames. Thankfully, no injuries were reported.

Police Seek Witnesses After Suspicious Fire

Detectives believe the fire started before 3am and are treating it as suspicious. They are appealing to anyone who saw two people in the area just before the blaze to come forward.
