Train Chaos as Couple Abuses Guard and Demands Stop

At 5:45pm on Saturday 9 April, a man and woman hopped on a York to Kings Cross train – with no plans to stop en route.

Abuse Erupts Over No-Stop Journey

When the guard explained there were no stops between York and Kings Cross, the pair flew into a rage. They hurled abuse and threatened the guard with violence, causing a scene onboard.

Emergency Stop at Retford

The train made an unexpected stop at Retford station, where the aggressive couple got off and quickly left the area.
